Trial Information

Omnibus Trial - Dominic's trial has been moved AGAIN! The Defendant has a new lawyer because his previous lawyer needed to take a leave of absence. His new lawyer is not up to speed on the case and both sides are filing motions to have admissible evidence removed and not removed. 

Omnibus Trial - Once again, the omnibus trial is pushed to January 23rd. The defense attorney did not file what he so desperately needed to file from the previous hearing until the FRIDAY before court. The Judge has requested all documents to be hand delivered to her chambers by a certain date before the next hearing so that we can hopefully set a trial date after the hearing on January 23rd.

Omnibus Trial - This trial lasted, literally, minutes. Both sides agreed they were ready to proceed. Pre-trial is set for April 25th.
